Telecom Advance offers a comprehensive and independent telecommunication service, from initial free consultation, to installation of complete telephone systems, Category 5e/6 cabling, together with full maintenance packages.

As our operation is national our customer base ranges from small business to corporate networks with typical size systems of 2 to 500 extensions.

GDK, IP Evolution LDK, Panasonic are the main line systems offered but other equipment is supplied and maintained as required. These systems can connect to Analogue lines, ISDN 2 or ISDN 30 circuits and can be utilised for simple but economical solutions right through to full CTI requirements ( Computer Telephony Integration ).

Older systems are also catered for, so in many cases an upgrade path can be maintained and expanded as your company needs to grow. We are also able to offer additional handsets and cards for many systems both old and new.

We can supply other equipment such as Music On Hold, Fax Machines, Answerphones and integrated PA Systems.

To date nearly 400 customers are covered for maintenance and this base is growing rapidly at the rate of about 10 per month.

Our engineers are highly trained in the installation of telephone systems, telecommunications peripherals, Cat 5e/6 cabling and Fibre Optic cables.

For network installations over 90 metres in length where Cat 5e/6 cannot be used the option of Fibre Optic cables can be taken. Testing Cat 5e/6 is carried out with the use of Fluke DSP testers and hard copy results are offered for each individual site. Where a telephone system has been installed it is thoroughly commissioned prior to connection and training is given to all users.
